Hygienists
Lindsey
Lindsey is a dedicated member of the hygiene team at Perry Dental, where she strives to ensure every patient has a comfortable and positive dental experience. A proud graduate of Utah Valley University’s Class of 2023, Lindsey is committed to continually enhancing her skills and clinical knowledge through collaboration with her colleagues and dentists.
With a lifelong passion for science and healthcare, Lindsey found dental hygiene to be the ideal career—combining her love for working with people and her desire for a balanced lifestyle. She finds great joy in building connections with patients and values the unique stories and perspectives they share.
Outside the office, Lindsey loves to travel and is inspired by the cultures, art, and architecture she encounters. Her patient’s stories often give her inspiration for new places to explore. When she is home, she enjoys baking, sewing, and singing. It is almost guaranteed that she has a song stuck in her head, so don’t be afraid to ask what it is!
Susan
Susan is a dedicated dental hygienist and has worked for our office for 31 years. She was a dental assistant before graduating from Weber State University dental hygiene program. Susan loves her profession and enjoys getting to know her patients. In Susan’s free time she is a grandma and loves spending time with her family.
Suzie
Susan, also known as Suzie, is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has been passionate about dentistry from a young age. She graduated from Utah Valley University in 2006 and has loved building a career focused on helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smiles. In the office, she takes x-rays, assesses periodontal health, performs dental cleanings, helps ease patients’ anxiety, and assists the doctor with dental exams.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending time in her yard, road cycling, playing the guitar, and spending time with family. She recently married and, together with her husband, is happily navigating life with their blended family of 13 children and 8 grandchildren. Family, connection, and caring for others are at the heart of everything she does — both at home and in the dental chair.

Gianna
Gianna is a dedicated dental hygienist with over a decade of experience in the dental field. Originally from Southern California, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene and has worked in nearly every area of the dental office—from front desk to assisting—before finding her true passion in patient care and prevention.
Gianna is passionate about connecting with patients and using the latest dental technologies to improve not only their oral health, but their overall well-being. Her calm, thorough approach and focus on education help patients feel comfortable and empowered about their dental health.
In addition to her professional career, Gianna is a proud U.S. Army National Guard veteran, where she served as an 88M truck driver. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, tending to her garden, and spending time with her beloved flock of seven chickens.
Maddie
Madison is a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist who has been serving patients since graduating from Utah Valley University’s Dental Hygiene program in 2015. Since assisting at an Orthodontist office in high school, Madison has wanted to work with teeth. Known for her gentle touch and personalized care, Madison takes pride in helping each patient feel comfortable and confident during their dental visits. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know her patients and building lasting relationships while promoting lifelong oral health.
Outside the office, Madison is a busy mom of six who loves cooking, quilting, traveling, and connecting with others. Her home is full of energy, laughter, and daily kitchen dance parties!
Dental Assistants
Tara
Tara was born and raised in Utah Valley. In 2005, she completed a course in Dental Assisting and continued her education at Iowa Western community College. In 2008, she married her best friend Bronson. Together, they have three children and love almost every minute of parenthood. She enjoys camping, hiking, playing sports and doing pretty much anything outdoors with her family. She is an exceptional dental assistant and cares deeply for our patients. Tara joined Perry Dental in 2016.
Maddie
Madison is a dental assistant with nearly six years of experience, working closely with Dr. Evan Perry and Dr. Tanner Perry to help bring healthy, beautiful smiles to life. She loves being part of the journey that gives patients new confidence, and seeing their transformation is truly the best part of her job. Madison is passionate about making every patient’s experience comfortable, easy, and positive. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling with her husband, baking something sweet, playing a round of golf, exploring new restaurants, and staying active through her love of health and fitness. At the end of the day, her goal is simple: to help patients feel their best — inside and out.
Malory
Malory started her dental assisting career in high school and has been enjoying taking care of patients since 2015. She works alongside Dr. Evan Perry and Dr. Tanner Perry to provide exceptional dental care that our patients feel confident in. Malory attended a year-long dental assisting program at Mountainland Technical College, which provided her with a great educational foundation to become the dental assistant she is today. She is a great listener and loves connecting with patients to help them have the best experience possible. When Malory is out of the office, she enjoys camping with her husband and two kids, reading a good book, and has a love for fitness. Her attention to detail, passion for educating patients, and willingness to go the extra mile make her a valuable member of our team.
Denise
Denise is a dedicated Dental Assistant with over 38 years of experience in the field. She assist the doctors with procedures, sets up and breaks down treatment rooms and sterilizes instruments. Denise studied Dental Assisting at Utah Technical College and was drawn to the profession out of great desire to learn about it and help others. She takes pride in easing patients’ anxiety and making their dental visits more comfortable.
Outside work, Dentist enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two grandsons–with a granddaughter on the way. She grew up on a dairy farm, where she helped milk cows and feed calves, instilling a strong work ethic that carries into her career today.
Gianna

Kelly
Kelly Heinz is the office’s children’s hygienist, passionate about helping young patients feel at ease during their dental visits. She loves working with little ones, getting to know her older patients as they grow, and building relationships with their parents along the way. Kelly has been a part of Dr. Perry’s office for over 16 years, bringing experience and warmth to every patient she sees.
When she is not at work, Kelly stays busy with her four children, cheering on her boys at sports events and supporting her daughters in dance and tumbling. She also runs a custom cake business, blending her creativity and love for baking into beautiful designs for family, friends, and clients.
Gina
With over 30 years of experience in dentistry, Gina plays a vital role in both
patient care and front office operations. Inspired by her mother’s career in the
dental field, Gina pursued her Dental Assistant degree and has been committed to help patients feel comfortable and cared for ever since.
She enjoys building relationships with patients and ensuring each visit runs smoothly. Outside of work, Gina loves cooking, baking, spending time with her family, and traveling to Orlando, Florida — especially to enjoy her favorite roller coasters. Her attention to detail, caring nature, and positive energy make her an important part of our Team.
Jenn
Jenn is a Dental Assistant with nearly 19 years of assisting experience, 13 of those years working with Dr. Perry and Dr. Tanner. Jenn’s main position is working in child hygiene where she truly enjoys being a part of the youngest patients first dental appointment and excels at making it a comfortable, positive and exciting experience for them. Her favorite part of her job is meeting new patients and forming lasting friendships. When she isn’t in the office, Jenn enjoys spending time with her family, 2 dogs, reading, cooking, gardening and staying active.
Front Office
Carol
Carol began her career in the dental field in 1981 after finishing the dental assisting course at Utah Technical College.
She started out assisting a pediatric dentist for 18 months then moved to a general practice when he left the area. She spent the next 27 years working for him first as a chairside assistant then as his office manager.
When he retired, she worked for another general dentist for two years. She learned of an opportunity to work for Dr Perry in Nov of 2010 and began her employment with him at that time and has been employed by him ever since.
Carol works in our front office managing payment arrangements, putting together treatment plans, managing insurance claims and appeals, making appointments and answering the phone. Carol’s favorite part of the job is working with such wonderful people (patients and co-workers)!
She and her husband have been married for forty years (in July) and have two sons and 5 grandchildren. They enjoy visiting their grandchildren, traveling and going to as many baseball games as possible.
Sandi
I have worked in the dental field as a front office admin for 35 years. After working for Dr. George Bailey for 32 years in Periodontics, I began working for Dr Evan Perry in the family practice category, now for 3 years. I enjoy helping patients with my knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling and treatment planning. It is my goal to basically keep things running smoothly so our team can focus on your smile.
When I’m not at the office, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors camping or bike riding, getting lost in a good book, or spending time in my yard & garden.
Marianne
Hi, I’m Marianne, and have been the Office Manager here for the last 39 years. It’s been my great pleasure to do whatever is necessary to help the office run as smoothly as possible, from scheduling, billing insurance, staffing and all the other little tasks that keep things moving along.
I love getting to know all of our awesome patients and meeting new ones every day. It’s allowed me to make many lasting friendships over the years which is a great bonus for me. I’ve recently cut back my hours so l’m not in the office as much now, so some of my duties have changed to whatever needs to be done at the moment.
In my spare time I’ll often be found with a book in my hand or attending an event to watch one of our 13 grandkids play or perform. I also love to travel and do counted cross stitch or just sitting in my backyard enjoying nature.
